Ayenda 1235 Botero Hotel Medellin, Medellin

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but a bit small, and the neighborhood felt unsafe at night. On the bright side, the service was warm and friendly, and the location was conveniently close to major attractions, despite being in a dodgy neighborhood.

The service was warm and accommodating, even though I was initially given a room without air conditioning. The hotel is situated in a very unsafe location, full of drug dealers and prostitutes around, which made me feel extremely unsafe, especially at night. Despite this, the rooftop area was a nice spot to relax with a drink or work, and it's conveniently located near various attractions like Hotel Nutibara, Palacio de La Cultura, Museo de Antioquia, and Plazoleta de Las Esculturas.
